I hope everyone had a beautiful holiday yesterday. Sadly this year we were unable to travel to meet up with family for Christmas. But I am still thankful for the time I get to spend with my mom. With no snow on the ground, we just spent the day inside watching movies and opening our presents. I didn’t ask really for anything this year. So I was pleasantly surprised when my mom blessed me with a Crosley record player. Unfortunately my other record player broke last year and I’ve been unable to listen to the wonderful sound of vinyl.
I’m also glad to visiting Chicago again soon. Each time I go, I fall in love with the city a little bit more. There is something so exhilarating about the hustle and bustle of the streets. Until then, I will be working away and catching up with some friends.
