So I now have exactly two months until my move in day. I couldn’t be more excited. With the quickly approaching date, I have been searching to find all the necessities for my dorm room. I’ve been shopping at Target and other stores, hoping to find those unique pieces to really make my room stand out. At the moment I am lusting after some poppy flower coffee mugs, and am praying for a sale as soon as possible. They are so delicate looking, but still large enough to hold a cup-a-Joe. But not only am I picking out my décor, but picking up supplies. I have to buy important things like laundry detergent and Tylenol too. Even though it’s a lot to get ready, nothing can stop my excitement. Because soon my roommate and myself will be discussing who’s to bring what or whether or not we should color coordinate.
So on my day off from work I decided to take it easy due to the heat. I kept cool in my favorite pair of vintage shorts and a light knit boho vest. Giving my feet a break from heels, I slipped into some comfy moccasins. I’ve been wearing them for a year now and nature hasn’t got the best of them yet.
